CBIZ Network Solutions provides onsite technical support to Edward Jones home and branch office locations in the US and Canada. We are a trusted Edward Jones vendor with a strong focus on customer service. Our team troubleshoots and repairs computers, printers, telephone systems and other technical components. In addition, our team provides onsite technical support to Edward Jones as needed to coordinate projects, manage processes and provide software solutions.

Essential Functions:

  • Design, create, produce, implement and maintain company web site.
  • Ensure all elements, templates, and finished solutions work within supported hardware/browser specifications along with the constraints set by development and design.
  • Work with project owners on style and approach for web site projects.
  • Consult with users to determine required system specifications.
  • Design, develop, test and modify computer programs based on user system specifications.
  • Provide design elements, comps, templates, and finished solutions.
  • Write, analyze, debug, and deliver clean, validated, maintainable code.
  • Participate in effort to improve quality of web site as required.
  • Address concerns or problems with usage on the web site.
  • Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
  • Oversee and coordinate the development of process work flow and procedure 


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • One to two years of prior job related experience 
  • Understand object oriented concepts, design patterns, and various open-source toolkits and frameworks.
  • Maintain knowledge of MySQL Database, PHP Scripting language, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, REST/SOAP, Versioning software like SVN/Git, Windows and Linux OS knowledge
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
