Responsible for delivery of participant service across all clients for the Administration Outsourcing department; ensure successful day to day operations and excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

Essential Duties & Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure service levels and operational goals are met by promoting adherence to schedules, monitoring interactions and coaching for excellence
  • Develop staff through effective coaching, counseling and execution of performance management process, if applicable
  • Oversee the implementation of staffing, training, and reward/recognition programs
  • Develop team goals and objectives, and monitor achievement of those goals
  • Facilitate performance management cycle
  • Address employee performance issues with Human Resources  
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with peers to solicit feedback for service improvements and employee recognition
  • Complete reports and metrics for team and department use
  • Attend internal client team meetings in support of administration outsourcing services, as needed
  • Participate in external implementation/project meetings with third party vendors, as needed
  • Liaise with third-party vendors, as needed 
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years experience managing a small to medium-size service center
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple competing responsibilities
  • Show initiative including anticipating needs, suggesting improvements, and follow-up on work items 
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft programs (especially Excel) with excellent navigational skills
  • Projects positive, professional attitude 
  • Detail-oriented and superior organizational skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 
  • Works independently and with minimal supervision
  • Will be trusted to secure and maintain confidential information
  • BA/BS Degree preferred and minimum of 5+ years work experience (benefits administration or outsourcing)
