Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

Works as an integrated team member supporting professional staff and ensuring high quality, efficient client service while adhering to standardized processes and performing specified services

  • Monitors admin in-box shared by multiple locations and shoulders fair division of work, in addition to duties for specific local directors
  • Supports Director’s business related needs including but not limited to managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Performs tax return/extension assembly quality check and distributes client deliverables
  • Tracks and secures client e-file authorization forms
  • Creates and distributes engagement letters
  • Performs new client set-up in database
  • Produces financial statements for audit clients
  • Coordinates meetings, lunches, trainings, etc.
  • Produces reports as needed and directed
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Motivated to provide a high level of internal and external client service
  • Provides back-up to other admin team positions, as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of administrative support experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years of administrative support experience.
  • Excellent Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook skills
  • Effective project management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
  • Able to manage deadlines, work efficiently on multiple projects and prioritize assignments
  • Solid database management skills and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of public accounting or professional services firms desirable
