Essential Functions and Primary Duties   Working closely with Scheduling Manager(s) in multiple locations, provides superior internal client service for all scheduling needs to include:    • Takes ownership of the scheduling system to ensure availability of current and accurate information regarding work assignments and staff availability • Performs all data entry, including numerous and frequent updates with patience and responsiveness • Conducts timely system(s) updates and reporting • Assists Scheduling Managers with long-term planning  • Prepares materials for department scheduling meetings • Manages annual inventory observation scheduling  • Works with accounting and other internal departments to coordinate and respond to business needs • Coordinates engagement evaluation process  • Additional responsibilities as assigned   Minimum Qualifications Required   • High School Diploma or GED required • One to two years of job-related prior experience • Proficient computer ability relative to administrative programs, spreadsheets, word processing and internet research • Strong written and verbal communication skills to work closely and effectively with people at all levels in the organization  • Experience managing deadlines, working efficiently on multiple projects and prioritizing assignments • Must be flexible and highly organized with the ability to work in a fast paced environment • Display strong internal customer service and follow-up skills   • Maintain professional manner with internal and external clients  • Professional in appearance and manner  • Basic math skills • Working knowledge of the public accounting or professional services firm desirable • System knowledge related to Pro-Staff, Caseware, Practice Engine is a plus
