Your Purpose

  • To direct projects designed to support or advance the CBIZ business operation
  • To support building an active pipeline of qualified prospects to support generating leads
  • To conduct research, providing input on market trends, competitor analysis and other business intelligence
  • To shadow tenured professionals to learn the skills of cold calling and appointment setting
  • To build an effective elevator pitch
  • To provide assistance with prospective client presentations and relationship building

Who Should Apply:

  • You are currently enrolled in a bachelors program studying business  or Human Resources
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
  • You have basic Microsoft Office skills
  • You have time management skills, analytical ability and can multi-task
  • You are interested in providing professional services to a wide range of clients on a national basis

Minimum Qualifications:

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or a work permit, if required)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
    • No experience is required
