Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Resolve a full range of internal and external customer requests 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other offices and business units
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various retirement vendors on processing issues, file submissions, etc
  • Assist with processing of retirement contribution files
  • Assist with new retirement implementations by working effectivity with internal and external contacts
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities to ensure critical deadlines are met
  • Research and resolve funding variances 
  • Research and resolve daily audits concerning retirement files generated
  • All other duties assigned



Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree



Minimum Qualifications 

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Acute detail and accuracy skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Excellent customer relation skills
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail on many, varied tasks
