Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • Act as liaison for guests & clients of the Phoenix CBIZ office

  • Facilitate a positive visitor experience: Greet visitors, determine nature of visit and direct or escort visitor to destination

  • Answer calls and emails efficiently and courteously providing requested information

  • Schedule appointments and conference rooms, assist with catering

  • Assist CBIZ teams and staff in order to process clients’ needs.

  • Provide information about establishment such as location of departments, offices, and employees and services in order to educate potential clients and guests

  • Transmit information or documents to provided customers using computer, mail or fax

  • Provide vital support to staff and management, when necessary, for projects requiring extra assistance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated individual with a “go-getter” attitude

  • Willingness to be positively impactful on a daily basis with a desire for growth in mind

  • Flexible demeanor, pro-active thinker, positive attitude, creative collaborator

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required

  • 1 year of experience in an office setting preferred

  • Positive customer service skills

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally

  • Must provide positive customer service internally and to visitors

  • Attention to detail, time management and ability to multi-task

  • Ability to produce business correspondence

  • Proficient in applicable technology
