Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • Assist in all aspects of planning and executing business development, marketing and communications initiatives
  • Assist with utilization of reporting functions and upkeep of the CRM (Client Relationship Management) database content, including conducting conflict checks and refreshing client and potential client data
  • Work extensively with marketing team and the firm’s Directors to create proposals in response to RFPs
  • Assist with development and production of collateral materials
  • Plan and run internal and external meetings and events
  • Coordinate with National Marketing Team to ensure advertisements and other materials accurately reflect brand standards
  • Write and maintain content on local website and social media accounts
  • Assist with coordination between local office and local public relations firm for press opportunities
  • Maintain promotional materials inventory
  • Build effective working relationships with internal team
  • Attend tradeshows and company-sponsored events
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated strength in project management
  • Organizational skills and extreme attention to detail required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interface with all levels of Firm management, staff, clients and outside business contacts
  • Ability to work with and meet required deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Shows initiative
  • Knowledge or ability to gain knowledge of all accounting related and specialized functions in the organization
  • Ability to create reports, produce and update databases and spreadsheets
  • Excellent computer skills with: Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint. 
  • Website maintenance and/or HTML knowledge, Desktop publishing and Salesforce.com experience preferred
  • Maintain confidentiality of client, company and personnel information 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or two years of experience on a specialized subject matter
  • Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Effective customer service skills
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
