We are seeking a marketing intern the has the ability to work 20 hours per week starting in early February and ending in May with the possibility of an extension.

Your Role

The Marketing Intern will provide support to the Memphis office with marketing efforts by:

  • Assisting with event planning, logistics, and execution
  • Providing administrative work pertaining to internal and external marketing communications
  • Coordinating daily marketing activities such as scheduling, word processing and proofreading, proposal support, and assisting with the production of key deliverables
  • Maintaining critical data resources – i.e. SalesForce (which can be taught)
  • Coordinating marketing presentations and seminars as requested
  • Assisting management with marketing planning
  • Performing related work as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or Public Relations
  • Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Interest in and/or experience with detailed event planning
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interface with all levels of Firm management as well as outside business contacts and clients
  • Ability to prioritize and meet required deadlines
  • Initiative and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Desire to learn new skills and gain knowledge of accounting industry
  • Self-motivated yet able to follow direction and see tasks through to completion
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Qualified candidates must be enrolled in a college or university with the intent of graduating with a degree in relevant
