CBIZ Network Solutions provides onsite technical support to Edward Jones home and branch office locations in the US and Canada. We are a trusted Edward Jones vendor with a strong focus on customer service. Technicians provide maintenance, install, MAC, Help Desk and project support to Edward Jones branch offices, vendor sites and home FA locations in specified service territory. Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and upgrading all electronic voice, data and AV hardware including but not limited to network equipment, desktop terminals, monitors, printers, telephony equipment and cabling including terminations. Equipment serviced is subject to change as business needs dictate. In addition, our team provides onsite technical support to Edward Jones as needed to coordinate projects, manage processes and provide software solutions.

The responsibilities of the IT Analyst will include the operational support and maintenance of the enterprise branch network, Cloud based infrastructure architecture and management, SDWAN implementation & support, documentation, and implementation of new solutions, and working high level network escalations from branch teams. The associates will provide operational support of the Edward Jones enterprise branch network including maintaining and troubleshooting the branch network infrastructure and circuitry that provides communications within and outside of Edward Jones. A bachelor's degree with three or more years of hands-on experience supporting phone and data network hardware, enterprise network solutions and technologies is required. Prior experience with VOIP Design, Deployment & Support, SDWAN Design, Deployment & Support, Cloud Based Architecture & Management, and with packet / protocol analyzers, and network management / monitoring tools is also desired.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Analyze, detect, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and perform a variety of complicated tasks.
  • Monitor and collect data on system performance.
  • Generate reporting statistics to identify trending issues.
  • Develop, enhance and maintain documentation for Information Systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and advanced technical support to CBIZ and Client field, home office and management staff.
  • Follow proper escalation procedures to ensure all activities.
  • Facilitate Cross Team communication and cooperation.
  • Act as SME on one or more tools.
  • Develop business and/or technical project requirement.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications  

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-6 years of related experience
  • Excellent communication, public relations, technical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Able to use general office equipment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
