Our most broad services focus on benefits, insurance, financial and accounting consulting, and our Winston-Salem location, CBIZ Flex-Pay, focuses on payroll and HRIS.  CBIZ Flex-Pay is seeking a results-oriented individual to work as a Human Resources Specialist in a fast paced and rapidly growing environment in the Winston-Salem, NC, office.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Resolve a full range of internal and external customer requests
  • Research and assemble data
  • Prepare documentation and proposals for internal and external clients
  • Provide guidance and outcome data to management on area of expertise
  • Assist with training on subject matter
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in workforce in a responsible position 
  • Must maintain licenses and/or certifications relative to area of responsibility 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing both internally and externally 
  • Proficient use of applicable technology 
  • Ability to work in a team environment 
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
