The HRIS Analyst will work as part of the Corporate HR Shared Services team providing support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules to include Global HR, Talent Management (Goal and Performance), Workforce Compensation, Absence Management, and Taleo Recruit.  They will work closely with the HR team to analyze business processes, functions and procedures to determine the most effective way to meet client needs.    

Job Responsibilities

  • Aid in the analysis, design, development and implementation of the Oracle HCM Cloud and Taleo Recruit applications.

  • Provide hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud functional configuration support.

  • Research solutions to support HR programs and processes.

  • Manage quarterly releases and upgrades, and perform regression testing.

  • Works with IT on technical issues and projects requiring data integration and other technical support.

  • Troubleshoots issues to include problem research and analysis, and performing steps for resolution.

  • Maintains documentation on processes and procedures.

  • Coordinates and perform end-to-end testing to include developing test plans and leads user acceptance testing efforts.

  • Provides training and technical support to Human Resources

Preferred Qualificaitons

  • 3 years experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud or comparable HRIS.

  • Strong analytical abilities and skills to evaluation business needs and explore alternative approaches to recommend the most feasible and economical solutions.

  • Strong aptitude to isolate problems, addressing immediate needs, analyzing ramifications, and implementing solutions.

  • Ability to communicate recommendations and solutions to non-technical clients and end users.

Qualifications Required

  • HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Statistics or relevant field preferred

  • 3 years of relevant experience

  • Must possess analytical skills

  • Must be able to comprehend, manipulate and interpret statistical data

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally

  • Proficient use of applicable technology
