This position would provide support to the client team for all health and welfare administration items to ensure high quality results and customer satisfaction for our clients and internal contacts.

Essential Functions & Primary Duties: 

  • Assist with setup functions and testing on our H&W systems and to gain expertise on these platforms
  • Assist on all new client implementations as well as any open enrollment or special project for existing clients
  • Participant in internal and external client team meetings
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Development/IT, Shared Services and the Service Center when necessary
  • Assist with client reports and audits
  • Help prepare training materials for the Service Center
  • Handle daily deliverables according to the processing calendars and help to resolve open cases to ensure timeline delivery of tasks and completion of issues
  • Maintain updated processing and procedures documents as well as client plan requirements
  • Coordinate client printing and fulfillment jobs
  • Identify improvement and efficiency opportunities in our processes and deliverables
  • Work with third-party vendors, as applicable
  • Stay up to date on all H&W legislation
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS Degree preferred or minimum of 3+ years of work experience (benefits administration or outsourcing)
  • Project positive, professional attitude with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Works independently and with minimal supervision
  • Self-starter willing to take initiative to help organize and improve operations
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple competing responsibilities
  • Show initiative including anticipating needs, suggesting improvements, and follow-up on work items
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft programs with excellent navigational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Will be trusted to secure and maintain confidential information
