We are currently looking for a National Recruiting Coordinator in our Kansas City, MO office supporting the Financial Services National Recruiters.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Serve as primary initial contact for written and verbal communications with internal and external candidates on behalf of the National Recruiting Team and hiring managers

  • Represent CBIZ brand through communications with applicants and candidates

  • Coordinate candidate tracking across all business units

  • Plan and manage office visits, including troubleshooting, and on-site logistical issues (e.g., last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, finding interview rooms).

  • Support campus recruiting through coordination of marketing materials and campus materials

  • Manage referrals by monitoring and responding to the referrals inbox

  • May conduct recruiting market research; produce reports

  • May conduct initial candidate phone screens

  • Coordinate recruiting metrics; gather and interpret data; prepare reports; present data to team and internal HR stakeholders

  • Provide support on recruiting technology; enable and support applications

  • Coordinate inputs from multiple sources to achieve recruiting goals

  • Manage multiple priorities from multiple stakeholders

  • Administer special projects as requested; communicate status

  • Maintain a calendar of campus events

  • Organize and support execution of campus events, internship program and additional various recruiting events

  • Support building and executing a careers-focused social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification. Generate, edit, publish weekly content and enhance meaningful connections   .

  • Responsible for posting positions to all internal and external job boards 

  • Produce reports as requested thought applicant tracking system

  • Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing

  • Presentation & communication skills

  • Advanced Microsoft  Office  skills – Computer Proficiency in LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter 

  • Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to meet assigned timelines.

  • Able to work in a team environment as well as independently

  • Strong communication skills both oral and written with all levels of an organization, both internally and externally

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally

  • Proficient use of applicable technology

  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
