CBIZ is looking for an e-Learning Senior Specialist. The role of eLearning Senior Specialist will serve the Financial Services Learning and Development (L&D) team and includes supporting the design and development of eLearning content that increases the productivity and effectiveness of CBIZ Financial Services employees. 

Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • Support the L&D management team in working with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify development and performance support needs
  • Support the L&D management team in determining the appropriate learning content and modality to address identified needs
  • Support the design and development of engaging eLearning content, including microlearning, self-study courses, simulations, and job aids
  • Collaborate in the development and production of multimedia internal communications
  • Serve as a resource for enhancing virtual and classroom presentations
  • Organize and host webinars for internal and external audiences
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in a learning and development function in a business environment
  • Demonstrated success in developing eLearning content for various situations and in various modalities
  • Demonstrated task management skills
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple stakeholders and points of input
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment, multi-task and work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to different needs, priorities and environments
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with professionals and stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency with eLearning development tools (Articulate 360 and Camtasia Studio preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in producing webinars (GoToWebinar preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience with audio and video production including recording and editing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Prior experience with Learning Management Systems preferred
  • Ability to travel as required by business (less than 10%)
