CBIZ Insurance Services, Inc. is the property & casualty insurance division of CBIZ, and we’re looking for

an energetic, detail-oriented professional with a desire to learn, with highly developed client service skills, and a positive attitude to support the growth of our business.

Duties for this position include: 

  • Support daily carrier download on a nation level; run daily download and process daily matching errors
  • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
  • Add new download for Small Businesses and add additional lines/carriers
  • Ability to troubleshoot and research issues
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Responsible for managing the system to activate and deactivate users
  • Manage agency codes
  • Build and maintain relationships with carriers and internal employees

Qualifications required for this position include: 

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Science preferred
  • Basic Insurance knowledge
  • Ability to work independent (in office and remote)
  • Effective, positive customer relations skills and forward thinking
  • Excellent phone communication skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail, organization, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Experienced in Microsoft software: Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Professional. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficient use of applicable technology and ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
  • Able to work in a team environment as well as independently
