The CRM Specialist will work with Managing Directors, Directors, and fellow administrative staff to facilitate the collection and data entry of prospective and newly won clients, cross-serve referrals, and client contact information, client role assignments, and statuses.

Essentials and Primary Duties

  • Create new client accounts using all platforms: Salesforce, Practice Engine via Amelio.
  • Create temporary client cross reference codes to be used Audit staff.
  • Quarterly cleanup of client account databases.
  • Clean up work paper reports as requested by Audit staff.
  • Verify and complete affiliate information for work paper reports for Audit staff.
  • Update final year end scorecard related sales figures.
  • Conduct conflict and independence checks as needed.
  • Create and host training sessions regarding new client processes and related forms used for creating/tracking new wins and revenues.
  • Participate in new hire onboarding process to teach them best practices.
  • Deactivate / reactivate client accounts and jobs.
  • Update client addresses, Partner / Manager role assignments, job types and statuses.
  • Ensure TRACS referrals are captured appropriately.
  • Record prospective clients in Salesforce as possible new wins.

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization
  • Client service mind-set;  A spirit of co-operation and a positive “can do” attitude
  • Professional telephone manner and office demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to take initiative and to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in team environment as well as independently / remotely
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Flexibility to work outside normal office hours - particularly during peak periods of high volume in the Spring and Fall.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or relevant field
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a professional services organization
