Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • Maintaining FirmFlow client info
  • Input new clients and projects, and update / change as necessary, ensuring accuracy of information.
  • Close out clients
  • Project scheduling – set up, complete, extend, as necessary
  • Monthly Due Date Lists
  • Perform special projects including database cleanup, reconciliations of information to other systems.
  • Work with SF coordinator on client and database info
  • Annual CPE Registration Renewal Forms
  • Registration staff members for Level Training/Manager Training
  • Input and tracking of training in LearnLive
  • PTIN Renewals
  • Travel arrangements
  • Maintain summary & supporting documentation of CPE hours
  • Training – scheduling, arrangements, room set up, distribution of handouts, sign-in sheet & training videos
  • Annual ASCPA/AICPA Renewal Forms
  • Submit information to Corporate for certificates (handouts, sign-in, provider statement & agenda)

Preferred Requirements:

  • Database experience
  • CPA firm experience would be awesome

  • Excellent computer skills

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Effective customer service skill
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
