Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Position will be responsible for large data cleanup effort to include:

    • Extract data from project accounting system              

    • Review extracted data and eliminate obvious corrections          

    • Distribute lists of data to affected parties for input               

    • Track, follow up and complete data clean up after input from affected parties.                 

    • Correct data in project accounting system and or coordinate same with national PMO team

    • Must be able to communicate at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing.

    • Must be intermediate level in Excel, Outlook, Skype

    • Must have critical thinking skills

    • Efficient time management and ability to work independently are strongly preferred

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally

  • Proficient use of applicable technology

  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
