Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Writes, edits, designs and manages content for marketing and communications materials
  • Ensures consistency and accuracy of content by working with key subject-matter experts
  • Designs and enhances the visual appearance and functionality of company marketing materials, websites and e-mails
  • Maintains the marketing collateral inventory and compliance calendar
  • Facilitates periodic compliance reviews of aging collateral pieces and coordinates necessary updates when required
  • Serves as a primary point of contact to the RPS Compliance team and manages compliance submission process
  • Adapts content for use across a broad spectrum of media, including digital and print platforms
  • Tests, analyzes and refines marketing content through internal and external audiences
  • Works with marketing team to develop and meet project timelines
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
  • 1-2 years of content experience, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively interface with team members, in person and virtually
  • Creative and solutions oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficient use of technology including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

Minimum Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • 2-3 years experience in workforce in a responsible position
  • Must maintain licenses and/or certifications relative to area of responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing both internally and externally
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
