This position has the primary objective to ensure optimal client satisfaction through direct client interaction. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and has the purpose to ensure clients’ questions and needs are being addressed accurately and timely.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients answering all level 1 questions on all modules
  • Utilize the Service Cloud as primary source of record keeping
  • Login to phone system and be available to receive incoming phone calls
  • Login to chat and be available to chat with clients as needed
  • Monitor appropriate queues in and respond in a timely manner
  • Address all client inquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Escalate all level 2 issues or requests in the appropriate manner and relay all information known about the situation and client. Attend all trainings as applicable to ensure system knowledge is up to date and accurate

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Must obtain and preserve required licenses/certifications
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of  organization, both internally and externally
