CBIZ is seeking a campus recruiting intern who can work 15-20 hours per week during standard business hours 8-5.

Essential Functions & Primary Duties

  • Partner with the National Campus Recruiting Manager and Campus Recruiters in a variety of strategic and administrative tasks
  • Centralize and standardize firm-wide campus data, such as event schedules, application analysis, school rankings and competitor intelligence
  • Execute event strategies, ensuring that CBIZ’s campus programs are coordinated to meet expectations and drive recruiting efforts on campus
  • Work independently with a sense of urgency, the capacity to multi-task/prioritize and ability to handle confidential information
  • Help support posting positions on University job boards nationwide

Preferred Qualifications

  • You are currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program
  • You enjoy working in a team environment
  • You have advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • You have high standards and attention to detail including an eye for formatting and aesthetics
  • You have time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • You have interest and experience using social media, especially Instagram
  • Proficient use of applicable technology

Minimum Qualifications

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or a work permit, if required)
  • You have completed your High School Diploma or GED required
  • No experience is required
