The Business Technology Support Intern’s essential functions and primary duties:

  • Maintain and coordinate clients support cases while utilizing Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV/Business Central, CRM, 365 and Sage 100 in addition to related business intelligence tools and software including Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, JetReports, etc.
  • Provide technical and functional application support to clients to provide enhancements to their applications
  • Create documentation or knowledgebase articles of processes
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with customers and other staff members
  • Assisting with internal process improvement by documenting all resolutions for internal staff and for client reference
  • Routinely follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Other duties as needed

How You Will Qualify:

  • You are working towards a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Systems and Accounting or related quantitative field
  • Must be able to work in a team environment

How will you stand out:

  • Has a strong interest in or looking for a career in Management Information Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning
  • College Level knowledge of ERP accounting systems (General Ledger, Quote to Cash, Procurement to Pay)
  • Basic knowledge of Excel formulas, pivot tables and other features for analysis and reporting
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills accompanied by great client service
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Has knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office to assist with basic troubleshooting and support
  • Must have excellent problem solving skills
  • Must have the ability to switch between tasks quickly
