CBIZ Gibraltar Real Estate Services is looking for a Business Development Support Specialist. This person will follow through on marketing programs to develop prospects.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • Develop prospects and leads through social media posting, follow up to marketing campaigns, calls, and correspondence
  • Manage and track business development pipeline
  • Provide regular updates on business development activities
  • Qualify marketing leads
  • Work with external marketing
  • Perform other marketing and business development related responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 years of experience in a business development support role
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Effective customer service skills
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
