Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Serve as primary initial contact for written and verbal communications with internal and external candidates on behalf of the National Recruiting Team and hiring managers
  • Efficiently coordinate and schedule the candidate interviews with the hiring managers by utilizing Outlook calendars, contacting the candidates and the hiring managers, and booking rooms as needed
  • Plan and manage candidate office visits, including troubleshooting, and on-site logistical issues (e.g., last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, finding interview rooms)
  • Represent CBIZ brand through communications with applicants and candidates
  • Coordinate candidate tracking across all business units
  • May conduct initial candidate phone screens
  • May conduct recruiting market research; produce reports
  • Responsible for posting positions to all internal and external job boards 
  • Manage LinkedIn and Indeed sponsorship postings, create support tickets, and manage vendor relationships
  • Transcribe team meeting notes and action items, share with the team
  • Administer the Harrison assessments and provide the hiring managers and/or the recruiters with complete Harrison assessment results
  • Generate weekly recruiting reports/analysis
  • Complete the monthly Harrison Billing Report and send it to Accounting on the first of every month
  • Gain proficiency in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to create and manage requisitions
  • Coordinate with the hiring manager and/or HR generalist and/or recruiter to complete the hiring process efficiently in the ATS
  • Create candidate and requisition reports upon request, manage scheduled reports and their renewal
  • Provide support on recruiting technology; enable and support applications
  • Coordinate inputs from multiple sources to achieve recruiting goals
  • Manage multiple priorities from multiple stakeholders
  • Administer special projects as requested; communicate status
  • Generate, edit, publish weekly content and enhance meaningful connections   
  • Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned
     



Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Presentation & communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Computer proficiency in LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter 
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to meet assigned timelines
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written with all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
     



Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
