The Coordinator is a part time opening and renders routine administrative assistance and support.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Familiar with Medical, Dental and Ancillary products (NC License in L&H a plus)
  • Experience with excel, spread sheeting for presentations
  • Experience; working knowledge of carriers, claims, employee changes, data entry on Carrier sites for group clients
  • Prepares standard reports for clients as requested
  • Answers calls from clients, vendors, and participants.
  • Performs filing and file maintenance tasks
  • Assists with special projects
  • Performs other duties as reasonably assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Qualifications Required

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of relevant work experience within the functional discipline of position; some bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
  • Proficient use of applicable technology (ie; Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
