Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Partner with National Recruiting Manager’s to develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels
  • Meet with local and national leadership to develop specific recruiting plans to achieve quarterly goals
  • Actively recruit for the Employee Benefits, Retirement Plan Services, Property & Casualty, and Human Capital Management Divisions within CBIZ
  • Create a network of applicants by developing recruiting and networking activities for and entry level – mid level candidates (non-exempt and exempt employees)
  • Maintain a candidate database and build a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
  • Attend career fairs/networking events to generate qualified candidates
  • Provide information on organization and opportunities to potential applicants; phone screen and refer qualified applicants as appropriate
  • Partner with the National Recruiting Manager to research, analyze, prepare, and present hiring statistics
  • Partner and strategize with our National Campus Recruiting Team
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of Taleo (Applicant Tracking System) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Microsoft Teams experience
  • Ability to quickly prioritize as circumstances requires; can efficiently and effectively address a broad range of competing priorities
  • Demonstrates commitment to exceptional client service
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, results driven environment

Minimum Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2-3 years experience in workforce in a responsible position
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing both internally and externally
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
