Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Partner with National Recruiting Manager to develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels
  • Meet with local and national leadership to develop specific recruiting plans to achieve quarterly goals
  • Create network of applicants by developing recruiting and networking activities for and entry level – mid level candidates
  • Maintain candidate database
  • Attend career fairs/networking events to generate qualified candidates
  • Provide information on organization and opportunities to potential applicants; screen and refer qualified applicants as appropriate
  • Partner with the National Recruiting Manager to research, analyze, prepare and present hiring statistics
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to quickly prioritize as circumstances requires; can efficiently and effectively address a broad range of competing priorities
  • Demonstrates commitment to exceptional client service
  • Knowledge of Taleo ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, results driven environment

Minimum Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in workforce in a responsible position
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing both internally and externally
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
