CBIZ Network Solutions is recruiting for an Assistant Regional Manager. The position will be located in the Tempe, AZ area. The following is a broad overview of job functions and desired qualifications:

Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • Responsible for service delivery to approximately 2,000 US branch locations ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met
  • Oversee scheduling and prioritize daily workload for approximately 36 remote field service technicians
  • Responsible for accurate data entry and compliance with ticket coding standards
  • Serve as primary liaison and initial escalation point between BCIZ associates, branch locations and home office Edward Jones associates
  • Responsible for Asset Management performance and compliance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Two or more years of IT or relevant field service experience
  • Exceptional computer software and hardware skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Able to build consensus and eliminate roadblocks
  • Able to communicate a clear vision and bring individuals, departments and organizations together for a common goal
