Essential Functions and Primary Duties:


• Resolve a full range of internal and external customer requests

• Research and assemble data

• Use discernment to prioritize tasks with higher urgency needs

• Organize calendar appointments for internal and external clients

• Provide data to management on area of responsibility

• Assist with other organizational administrative needs

• Additional responsibilities as assigned



Preferred Requirements:


• Proficient use of Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Microsoft applications



Minimum Requirements:


• High school diploma or GED required

• Bachelor’s Degree or two years of experience on a specialized subject matter

• Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise

• Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of
organization, both internally and externally

• Effective customer service skills

• Proficient use of applicable technology

• Ability to work in team environment as well as independently

• Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
