Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Risk & Advisory Services Meeting and Event Management – prepare agendas, make arrangements for business meetings and marketing events
  • Salesforce System Administration
  • Assistance with Proposal Preparation
  • Assist controller with new client set-up, scheduling, billing
  • Prepare various documents which may include invoices, reports, memos, letters, responses to correspondence, surveys, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Perform project work as requested
  • Make travel arrangements for executives as requested
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in office environment and preferably performing as an administrative assistant
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Must have knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally.
