CBIZ Valuation Group is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and analytical support by handling information requests, performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, conferences and scheduling meetings. This position will include a variety of assigned project work.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • Managing the marketing and sales support databases to include Salesforce, Concur, etc.
  • Proposal editing, proofreading and formatting with stringent attention to detail and organization.
  • Read and track progress of RFPs (Request for Proposal) and prepare final proposal deliverable as requested.
  • Check proposals for consistency, clarity, accuracy, and compliance with the requirements of the RFP.
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives including preparation of annual conferences, tradeshows and other marketing functions
  • Updating and ordering marketing materials as needed
  • Preparing documents for meetings and webinars as directed
  • Utilizing internal systems such as time entry and expense systems.
  • File and retrieve documents, records, and reports as needed
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for business meetings
  • Make travel arrangements for executives as requested
  • Input/update information in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred with an emphasis in Communications, Journalism, English or Business.
  • Preferably 3 or more years experience in an office environment and performing as an administrative assistant or similar role and experience working with business development professionals
  • Strong grammar and document proof reading and editing skills
  • High energy dynamic professional that can work in a team environment
  • Must have knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel, etc.)
