Essential Functions and Primary Duties
• Establish working relationship with Directors and Managers to determine collection needs related to  their clients
• With feedback and instruction from Job Directors and Managers call, email or mail to clients  
• Initiate follow up with clients regarding the status of past due balances
• Provide timely AR reporting to assigned Job Directors and Managers
• Provide copies of invoices, credit memos, account reviews or other supporting documents to clients when requested
• Generate and send monthly client account statements
• Submit approved adjustments or write off/up of client account balance to AR Supervisor
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, accounting, or relevant field
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a professional services organization
• A spirit of co-operation and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to use initiative and to work well under pressure and to deadlines
• The flexibility to work outside normal office hours may be required from time-to-time
• Position may present a “work from home” situation

Minimum Qualifications Required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s Degree or two years of experience in a specialized subject matter
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
• Effective customer service skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• A strong understanding of all Microsoft office packages, particularly Excel
• Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
• Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Travel will be required among Golden State business unit locations based on business needs
• Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
