Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • Prepare daily reconciliations for client trust accounts, ensuring the integrity of client fund balances. 
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation of client benefit accounts
  • Assist with bank account reconciliations
  • Manage and resolver sub ledger exceptions on a daily bases
  • Prepare and reconcile client benefit accounts
  • Resolve a full range of internal and external customer requests 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other offices and business units
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities to ensure critical deadlines are met
  • Research and resolve bank exceptions 
  • Compile, research, and monitor open cash items
  • Ability to understand, document, and transact money movement between numerous accounts 
  • All other duties assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or two years of experience on specialized subject matter 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions such as vlookups, pivots, etc.)
  • Effective customer relation skills
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
