Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Perform daily cash reconciliation functions across multiple database and bank platforms
  • Review client account balances for accuracy and help resolve discrepancies in cash funding
  • Research and resolve positive pay exceptions within banking systems to ensure timely clearing of payments
  • Prepare and post subledger journal entries for cash transactions
  • Verify funds availability and submit manual ACH and wire transfer transactions
  • Provide backup coverage for other tasks as necessary
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned



Preferred Qualifications 

  •  1-2 years banking or cash reconciliation experience  



Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Two years of functional accounting experience
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Able to work in team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
