Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • Prepare reports for calculation of billing commissions
  • Reconcile client cash balances daily
  • Assist with daily bank reconciliations
  • Maintain and balance GL subledger records on a daily basis
  • Compile, research, and monitor open receivables
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries or discrepancies
  • Perform billing QA audits
  • Assist with developing process documentation
  • Assemble responses to internal and external audit requests
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and priority responsibilities to ensure critical deadlines are met
  • All other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or two years of experience on a specialized subject matter preferred
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions such as vlookups, pivots, etc.)
  • Experience with Kronos

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Effective customer relation skills
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal contacts, and other CBIZ units
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
