CBIZ’s Career Academy is a Leadership Session that is designed for high-achieving college students to learn more about the public accounting & professional services industries. During this virtual event, you will gain exposure to several of our Business Leaders, Executives, Associates, Human Resource professionals and peers. This interactive session is designed to continue building your knowledge base regarding the accounting profession and CBIZ. Our goal for the CBIZ Career Academy is to provide exposure to what skills are needed to transition from college into your career at CBIZ.
Who should apply?
3rd & 4th-year college students who are pursuing a 5-year program or 2nd & 3rd-year students who are pursuing a 4-year program working towards a degree in Accounting

How long is the internship program?
Our internship program varies based off the business unit and location. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities with most of our internships lasting at least 8-10 weeks. Our internship job posting titles describe the time of year we are hoping the intern to work.
Our Spring internships typically start in the first two weeks in January and conclude the last few weeks in April. Our Summer internships typically start the first week of June and conclude the second week of August.
