The Valuation Intern will work alongside the Business Development team to assist and understand how the team wins new clients and expands relationships with existing clients – pursuing sales opportunities with the objective of winning new business.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • To provide support to a variety of projects to gain a better understanding of CBIZ business operations 
  • Work with local office leadership and the Director of Business Development to support and learn about different sales strategies for different territories
  • Assist with the development of different reports on sales activity
  • Coordinate with the Client Service group to learn about sales campaigns under the direction of the Director of Business Development
  • Work with local and regional leadership to identify pursuit team members and client relationship owners

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You are currently enrolled in a bachelors program studying a form a business  You enjoy working in a team environment.
  • You have basic Microsoft Office skills
  • You have time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • You are interested in the Accounting, Tax, Insurance or Human Resource Industry

Minimum Qualifications:

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or a work permit, if required)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree
  • No experience is required
