Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • To assist internal and external clients with questions and needs and ensure department goals are met through teamwork and collaboration
  • Position requires subject matter expertise and ability to deliver client engagements
  • Manage and deliver transfer pricing services
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Supervise, train, mentor staff members
  • Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance purposes through the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Self-directed preparation and review of US and OECD model transfer pricing studies
  • Provide transfer pricing guidance to clients and outcome data to management on area of expertise
  • Assist with proposals for internal and external clients
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Function as liaison with internal and external clients
  • Administer special projects as requested; communicate status
  • May include limited travel, 10-20%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Organized
  • General tax knowledge with emphasis on International Tax and Transfer Pricing
  • Experience with industry and legal research
  • Advanced writing skills 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Economics, Accounting, Finance
  • Master’s Degree in a related field preferred
  • 7+ year experience in public accounting with international and transfer pricing experience preferred    
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Effective customer service skills
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
