This position is responsible for implementation and client support for our time and attendance system. In a fast paced environment, the Time and Labor Specialist manages implementation of new Time and Labor Management (TLM) accounts, assists current clients with questions and changes, and coordinates with the payroll and HRIS team members to ensure an accurate and client service oriented TLM experience. In addition, they are responsible for monitoring and verifying proper procedures are followed in compliance with business practices and HR System requirements.
