Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Recognized as an industry expert in field of expertise, including professional designations 
  • Regularly called upon for knowledge and expertise in insurance and risk management 
  • Develop and promote technical solutions within assigned area of expertise
  • Routinely works through diverse and complex issues within sensitive timeframes 
  • Assess customer risks and needs and recommends appropriate service offerings to proactively address
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Over 8 years of experience in area of expertise
  • Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
  • Expert knowledge of state and federal legislation relevant to area of expertise
  • Expert use of applicable technology
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
  • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
