Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Based on your experience and interests, serve as client’s trusted advisor, demonstrating knowledge of industry trends, identify client issues and conflicts; proactively communicating solutions to clients and your teams
  • Develop, train, lead, and manage staff on engagements (such as tax returns, consulting projects, etc.); complete technical and strategic reviews as a valuable client service team leader; ensure the time delivery of valuable services
  • Demonstrate and continually develop technical skills for handling client responsibilities, including knowledge of trends, industries, alternatives, etc.
  • Understand the client’s organization, procedures and internal policies
  • Participate, network, and lead new and existing client relationship development, supported by Directors; participate and lead client meetings, presentations and proposal development and meet individual cross serve goals necessary to become a stronger trusted advisor.
  • Manage and retain multiple client relationships, engagements and special projects
  • Foster a team environment; demonstrates support of management and decisions and build a positive culture
  • Most importantly, create, develop and pursue your own personalized career goals and work with leaders interested in supporting your achievements. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6 years of experience in public accounting or related field
  • 3 years supervisory experience
  • Must have active CPA or equivalent certification
  • Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
  • Proficient use of applicable technology

The annual salary target for this job in this market is $110,000-$150,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
