Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • Assist clients with needs assessments, market analysis, property selection
  • Development of RFP’s for architects/contractors
  • Proposal negotiations for contractors/architects
  • Project budgeting, timeline establishment
  • Construction management
  • Participate in the workletter review/negotiation process
  • Work in conjunction with the transaction team
  • Work with architects to orchestrate client design, furniture selections, move-in, AV, security, IT and other related aspects of the project
  • Work with clients on multi-market projects
  • Participate in new business presentations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in project/program management
  • Ability to develop and implement operating plans aligned with budget
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
