The Senior Specialist-Corporate Social Content will participate in the management of content across CBIZ corporate social media channels. This person will be the driving force of our organic social media strategy, analysis, day-to-day execution and reporting while also creating new and effective ways to extend our social presence. They will constantly measure social performance to ensure growth and engagement, always looking for 'what's next' for our brand as it relates to social media.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

60% Overall Social Strategy & Daily Execution:
• Supports social media marketing initiatives, including writing organic and paid social content 
• Builds out the social editorial calendar and schedules postings
• Monitors trending social content and identify areas to participate in those conversations
• Drives meaningful engagement with prospects and clients across LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter 
• Applied knowledge of social media management platforms preferred
• Manage content and activations on employee advocacy platform 

20% Metric Reporting:
• Track, report and analyze social analytics
• Research and assemble data and align with CBIZ SEO team to identify key content
• Provide guidance and outcome data to management 

20% Team Participation 
• Work with marketing teams to deploy successful social campaigns across channels
• Communicate with graphic designers for creative assets
• Resolve full range of clients and vendor requests
• Experience with video editing preferred but not required
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in content writing/marketing for social media 

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 Years of experience as a subject matter expert
• Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization,
both internally and externally
• Effective customer service skills
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
• Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
