We are seeking a Senior Associate to work as a member of the Tax Incentives Department, providing outstanding service to our valued clients.  

Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • Prepare assorted state and federal tax credit documents for Kansas, Missouri and various other states
  • Research state enterprise zone locations and various legislative changes and updates in the states for which they are responsible
  • Master all Kansas and Missouri core tax credit programs and be responsible for a portion of other non-core programs, as well as tax credit programs in other states
  • Be responsible for managing a variety of clients and will make sure that all paperwork is completed in order to maximize the benefit for the client
  • Prepare state training grants on behalf of clients regarding the training of new employees or the retraining of existing employees

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Technology, or Related Field. Master’s degree preferred
  • CPA candidates preferred
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Must be comfortable visiting with clients and managing their accounts on an ongoing basis
  • 3 years experience in accounting or a related field
