Essential Functions and Primary Duties

Work with a team of talented and dedicated individuals on each of the following:

  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
  • Evaluating and improving our existing Salesforce architecture and processes.
  • Evaluating requests for updates and improvements and working with a team to implement and execute.
  • Building automation using Salesforce Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
  • Managing Salesforce users, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Importing and managing data as needed – Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities and other data.
  • Assist with maintaining all of our Salesforce products - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, CPQ and more.
  • Assisting with building and developing custom reports and dashboards, particularly dynamic dashboards.
  • Overseeing and performing database maintenance tasks, including data quality improvements and duplicate cleansing.
  • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce features, as well as providing training and support for those features.
  • Managing and maintaining installed and integrated third-party products and data integrations, including ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Applied Epic, MiEdge, etc.
  • Helping to develop and document processes and training materials.


  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree (MIS, IT, or related field preferred) required.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with individuals at all levels of technical knowledge
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Skill in applying knowledge, logic, and data analysis to solve problems
  • Ability to learn new systems and skills quickly and productively
  • Knowledge of software and data security principles and practices

Required Technical Experience

  • Experience with Salesforce Administration
  • Experience building Salesforce workflows and automations (Process Builder, Flow Builder)
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Loading Tools (DataLoader, DemandTools, PeopleImport)
  • Basic Programming experience
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SSMS, Power BI, etc.)

Additional Beneficial Experience

  • SQL based data analysis
  • Basic understanding of software development methodologies
  • Microsoft Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code
  • Microsoft .NET Development(C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC)
  • Microsoft SQL Skills (SSIS, SSRS, etc.) and Management Studio familiarity
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Web Development (HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS3)
  • Service Oriented Architecture Concepts
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts
  • Familiarity with other Cloud Applications like Oracle Fusion, HR/Finance applications, etc.
