The Sales & CRM Operations Specialist will support our fast-growing sales team. They will be responsible for learning the ins and outs of property & casualty insurance, play a critical role in building relationships with the sales team members, and drive forward initiatives that will help us accelerate sales revenue and efficiency. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong desire to help us implement forward thinking solutions along with our sales team and use data to find actionable solutions. They are self-motivated, organized, and can work comfortably in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
     

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Become an expert in our CRM including dashboards, reporting tools, sales teams, and processes
  • Improve and maintain sales efficiency by helping our sales team leverage the power of our CRM
  • Provide day-to-day support for P&C’s rapidly growing sales teams
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure our sales teams are supported and successful
  • Utilize Excel, and other tools to perform extensive data analysis
  • Monitor data and system rules to ensure data integrity
  • Analyze and respond to inquiries from members of our sales team
  • Diagnose and solve technical problems (working with Corp IT when needed)
  • Independently and in collaboration, strive to make the business better every day by exploring the data and find new opportunities to drive growth.
  • May lead and complete ad hoc projects as assigned

    

Qualifications Preferred

  • 2 years of operational execution from report building to user trainings in Salesforce or similar CRM 
  • Familiarity with Salesloft and / or Pardot, a plus 
  • Intermediate to expert skill level on all MS Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Insurance or financial services industry experience
  • Analytical and results oriented self-starter with initiative and strong drive

Qualifications Required

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
