Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Resolve a full range of internal and external customer requests
- Ability to communicate effectively with other offices and business units
- Ability to communicate effectively with various retirement vendors on processing issues, file submissions, etc
- Assist with processing of retirement contribution files
- Assist with new retirement implementations by working effectivity with internal and external contacts
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities to ensure critical deadlines are met
- Research and resolve funding variances
- Research and resolve daily audits concerning retirement files generated
- All other duties assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Acute detail and accuracy skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail on many, varied tasks
