Essential Functions and Primary Duties:

  • Ensure standard processes are followed for all engagements which includes planning, initiating, monitoring, reporting and closing the engagement.
  • New engagement project setup
  • Create engagement folder to include standard file structure
  • Create billing folder and budget tracking for the engagement
  • Load engagement into Program Management Tool
  • Ensure resource allocation is updated and resources are schedule
  • Ensure task assignments and deadlines are accepted by the employee
  • Organize and schedule engagement kickoff
  • Establish document sharing mechanism with the client.
  • Maintain request list and documentation check-in process
  • Report weekly status of each engagement
  • Confirm quality assurance tasks are performed for each engagement
  • Monitor A-QSA Program compliance
  • Demonstrate proficient technical skills for handling all client responsibilities, including knowledge of trends, industries, alternatives, etc.
  • Understand the client’s organization, procedures and internal policies
  • Consistently meet charge hour goals
  • Responsible for billing and realization on assigned clients; explain variances
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
