Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Enables business unit leadership to implement business unit strategies to increase the organization’s growth, profitability, efficiency, and operational effectiveness
  • Engages business unit leadership to set and to establish controls to monitor progress of locations goals
  • Work with business unit leadership in identifying best practices and adopt and implement these as appropriate
  • Designs the administrative staff support system and staffing requirements and direct the workflow of administrative staff. Ensures the efficient and effective delivery of administrative services to internal and external clients. Lead, motivate, and support the team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
  • Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
  • Plays a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes
  • Manage business unit key initiatives while providing timely status updates for Audit, Tax and PCS teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration or related field strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of managing client service staff, professional accounting experience strongly preferred

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required 
  • 2 years of management experience 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally 
  • Exceptional customer relations skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Proven ability in negotiating solutions within an office environment 
  • Experience in developing procedures resulting in attaining optimum business efficiencies 
  • Proven time-management and organization skills
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
